Patient had concerns regarding large breasts, broopy breast, and rippling of both implants. Ultimately patient underwent an implant exchange from saline to silicone, a bilateral mastopexy, and pocket exchange from subglandular to submuscular. Patient was fitted with Sientra, textured, round, high profile, 330cc in the left, 350cc in the right.
