Patient had concerns regarding a previous surgery in 1998 with saline implants under the muscle. Feels like they had changed over time and sit higher and are firm. Patient desired a more even and soft look as well as changing to silicone. Patient was fitted with a 401cc style #115 texture BioCell Natrelle on the left, and 440cc style #120 high profile BioCell textured Natrelle on the right.
