Patient had concerns regarding droopy breasts, hardening of both breasts and exhange of implants. Patient underwent bilateral implant exchange, pocket exchange - subglandular to submuscular, and mastopexy revision. Patient was fitted with on the right: textured high profile 385cc implant, and on the left: moderate profile 325cc implant.
