Patient had concerns regarding large breasts, droopy breasts, and pain in her breast. Patient had a breast reduction with saline implant augmentation in 2009. Patient underwent a bilateral implant exchange, secondary wise mastopexy and bilateral axilla liposuction. Patient was fitted with Sientra textured, round, moderate profile 195cc implants.
