Patient had concerns regarding hardening of both breasts. Patient underwent bilateral capsulectomy, implant exchange, pocket exchange-subglandular to submuscular, and inframammary fold resection. Patient was fitted with Sientra textured, round, high profile breast implants, 505cc on the right, 415 on the left.
