Patient had concerns regarding large breasts, droopy breasts, feels breast are too large and uncomfortable iwth the size of them. Would like current implants to be removed and lifted. Patient had a bilateral breast implant explantation, popcorn capsulorrhaphy, and a bilateral wise mastopexy with auto augment.
