Patient had concerns regarding hardening of the right implant, and exchange of implant due to an implant leak. Patient also desired to have a smaller bust. Patient underwent an implant exchange as well as, bilateral wise mastopexy and capsulectomy. Patient was fitted bilaterally with Mentor smooth, round, saline, style 1600, filled to 330cc.
