Patient had concerns regarding face and neck. Her face concerns consist of aged appearance, sagging jowls, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, and moderate rhytids. Patient underwent the following procedures: lower facelift with cervicoplasty, endoscopic browlift, bilateral lower blepharoplasty with muscle sling, fat transfer to malar and submalr and pre jowls, as well as filler to upper and lower lips.
