Patient had interest in facial rejuvenation. She was bothered by her jowls, neck and eyes. She wanted to be more youthful looking and rested. Patient underwent the following procedures: facelift, bilateral uppera nd lower blepharoplasty, filler to upper and lower lips, and fat transfer to marionette lines.
