Patient had concerns regarding general face, neck, and lips and mouth. Her face concerns consist of aged appearance, sagging jowls, excess skin, nasolabial folds, and deep rhytids. Her neck concerns consisted of excess skin, sagging skin, and neck bands. Lip and mouth concerns consisted of rhytids of upper and lower lips. Patient had the following procedures: lower facelift, fat transfer to malar, and filler to perioral and upper and lower lips.
