Patient had concerns regarding her general face, neck and brow, and periorbital area. Her face concerns consist of sagging jowls, and nasolabial folds. Her brow/periorbital concerns consist of excess skin of upper lids and excess fat of upper lids. Patient underwent the following procedures: lower facelift, bilateral upper blepharoplasty, fat transfer to malar and filler to upper and lower lips.
