Patient had conerns regarding the overall face, neck and brow, and periorbital area. Patient's concerns also included an aged appearance, excess skin of the upper and lower eyelid, and a tired appearance. Patient underwent a lower facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty with a transblepharoplasty browlift.
