Patient had concerns regarding the general face, neck and brow, and periorbital area. Patient's facial concerns were sagging jowls, excess skin of upper and lower eyelid, soft tissue decent, excess skin, and tired look to the eyes. Patient underwent a lower facelift with submental liposuction, bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer to marionettes, malar, submalar and tear troughs. After photos are 4 months post operative.
