The patient's facial concerns consisted of aged apprearance and sagging jowls, excess skin, and nasolabial folds. Her brown concerns consisted of skin excess of the lower eyelid and forehead wrinkles.
Patient underwent a browlift, bilateral upper and lower eyelid skin excision, lower facelift, fat transfer to the face and perioral filler.
