Patient had concerns regarding her general face, neck and brow, and periorbital area. Her face concerns consisted of aged appearance and sagging jowls. Her brow/periorbital concerns consisted of heaviness of upper lid, excess fat and skin of lower lids. Patient underwent a lower facelift and necklift as well as a bilateral lower blepharoplasty.
