Patient had concerns regarding general face and neck, brow and periorbital areas. His face concerns were aged apperance and sagging jowls. His brow/periorbital concerns wer excess skin and fat of the upper and lower eyelids. Patient underwent bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty and fat transfer to face and lower lids.
