Patient had concerns regarding general face and chin and jaw. Her chin/jaw concerns consist of facial disharmony and retruded chin. Patient feels chin is recessed and too small. Wants a more balace to overall face. Patient had chin augmentation, fat transfer to chin and Juvederm to upper and lower lip.
