Are There Any Side Effects of Liquid Rhinoplasty?

After liquid rhinoplasty, you may experience some swelling and bruising for a few days. These side effects usually fade after 1 to 2 days. As the swelling dissipates, you will start to see your final results.

There is no downtime associated with liquid rhinoplasty, so you are able to return to your daily activities immediately. Your provider may recommend avoiding any strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours following the treatment, but there are no other activity restrictions required.

How Long Does Liquid Rhinoplasty Last?

The results of liquid rhinoplasty last as long as the HA filler itself. HA fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that occurs naturally in the body. Over time, your body metabolizes the HA filler, causing the filler to slowly fade. For most patients, results from liquid rhinoplasty last 6 to 12 months.
