1. SMS Service Description & Use Cases

CaloSpa provides recurring mobile message updates including promotional alerts, appointment reminders, and personalized wellness offers. When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

Use cases include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Marketing promotions and exclusive discount codes.
• Waitlist notifications and service updates.

2. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. This is a standard charge from your wireless carrier. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with CaloSpa and our current promotional calendar. You can expect to receive approximately 2-4 messages per month.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [Insert Number]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of factors or conditions based on your carrier or location.

7. Age Restriction

By signing up for CaloSpa’s SMS program or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you are 18 years of age or older. Our services are not intended for, nor directed at, individuals under the age of 18.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CaloSpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our SMS program or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or terminate our SMS program or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms to our website.
