Let us make a few suggestions to help you enjoy your visit:
Arrive Early
Arrive early, at least 15 minutes before, which gives you time to check-in, change into a luxurious robe, and feel relaxed and at ease for your treatment.
Medical Conditions
Let us know of any changes in your medical condition since your last visit, including pregnancy, injuries, or a recent change in your health. Because we want you to obtain the best possible results, please inform us during your treatment if you have special needs.
Confidentiality
We are committed to your confidentiality as well as your comfort. We will keep all of your personal information private and your medical information securely protected.
Cellular Phones and Pagers
For the benefit of everyone, turn off these devices while in the spa to allow a peaceful, relaxing experience.
Jewelry
Jewelry should not be worn during most spa treatments. CaloSpa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Clothing
Expect to remove clothing for massages and wraps, but undergarments can be worn if you like. Draping assures your privacy. Let us know if you feel any discomfort at any time.
Spa Robe
A robe is provided for you during your visit.
Late Arrival or Cancellation
Arriving late for certain cosmetic medical treatments may leave no alternative except rescheduling the treatment. For other services, your treatment period may be abbreviated so we are on time and ready for the guest after you.
Please notify us 24 hours in advance for cancellation of a single treatment; 48 hours in advance for a package of services. Otherwise, a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the treatment or package will be applied. Should you be unable to keep your appointment and do not cancel, the full fee for the treatment or package will be applied.
Minimum Age for Spa Visits
Guests must be 16 years or older to enter the spa. Children are not permitted in the spa.
Gratuities
A gratuity for exceptional or outstanding spa services is always your choice. Here at CaloSpa, gratuities are acceptable for spa services but are not appropriate for medical treatments, including injectables and laser therapies.
Gift Cards
Give the gift of a CaloSpa experience. Gift cards can be used for treatments, services or products, and are available in any dollar amount over $10.00.
